RETURNING GOODS
Solely at the discretion of the SELLER credit may be issued less a restocking charge as much as 30% or as established by the SELLER on goods returned to the SELLER’S premises unopened and in reusable condition within thirty (7) days from the date of delivery. Goods shall not be returned to SELLER without SELLER’S permission. In no case shall a credit be issued for out-of-date products nor for damaged products (unless covered by warranty).
RETURNING GOODS CORONAVIRUS SPECIFIC ITEMS
Solely at the discretion of the SELLER credit may be issued less a restocking charge established by the SELLER on goods returned to the SELLER’S premises unopened and in reusable condition within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. The SELLER will not be accepting returns on products brought into stock by SELLER to address the needs of the CORONAVIRUS pandemic. The SELLER will not accept returns for orders placed March 1st, 2020 or later items listed on CORONAVIRUS product tracker. (See customer letter dated March 17th, 2020) Such items include but are not limited to face protection, gloves, disinfectants, bleach, wipes, hand sanitizer, soaps, tissue, electro-static applicators, and other applicators and sprayers, dispensers and stands. SOURCED PRODUCT
Txley may procure product not available through Txley catalogs or available on Txley’s site for a Customer from the manufacturer or other sources ("Sourced Product(s)"). Sourced Product is priced according to current market conditions on a per order basis, and is shipped F.O.B. origin with all freight and handling fees paid by Txley and charged to Customer. All Sourced Product returns are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy and may not be returnable. Sourced Products consisting of special-order items may not be returned. Please contact Txley at Customer Care at 1-360-545-4433 to verify Sourced Product return eligibility before returning any Sourced Product. A RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) must be issued by Txley prior to returning Sourced Product. A restocking fee and other charges may apply for any returned Sourced Product. Returned Sourced Product must be in new/unused and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for Sourced Products. No cancellations, refunds or credits are allowed for Sourced Products sold on a "FINAL SALE" basis. THE PRODUCT WARRANTY PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND/OR SUPPLIER OF THE SOURCED PRODUCT WILL BE CUSTOMER'S SOLE REMEDY. TXLEY'S LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS INCLUDED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT APPLY TO SOURCED PRODUCTS.
CUSTOM PRODUCT
Txley may offer products manufactured or assembled to Customers specifications (“Custom Product(s)”). Txley is not responsible for verifying or confirming the accuracy of specifications provided by Customer to Txley for Custom Products. Custom Product(s) also include items purchased under the Custom Product Center on Txley.com. TXLEY'S LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS INCLUDED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM PRODUCTS. THE PRODUCT WARRANTY PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER AND/OR SUPPLIER OF THE CUSTOM PRODUCT WILL BE CUSTOMER'S SOLE REMEDY, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED UNDER SECTION I.D.3 ABOVE. All Special Orders, Custom Products are sold on a “FINAL SALE” basis only, and no cancellations, returns, refunds or credits are allowed.
CANCELLATION
All product order cancellations, if not prohibited above, must be approved by Txley, and may be denied or subject to restocking fees and other charges.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Product returns by Customers outside of Txley’s 7-Day period, must be made within one (2) weeks from date of invoice, unless otherwise indicated. Txley does not take title to returned products until the item is received by Txley at the applicable return location. Proof of purchase is required in all cases. Returned product must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged, unexpired, and in saleable condition. Product returns may be denied or made subject to restocking fees and other charges by Txley.
NO RETURNS
There are no returns taken on Chemicals; Extraction and Carpet Cleaning Machines; Restoration Equipment; Perishable Goods; Compostable Liners; Epoxy Products. Txley reserves the right not to accept any returns in any condition.
